Marble Stone

Marble is another form of metamorphic rock that forms when limestone undergoes the heat and pressure of metamorphism. It is primarily composed of calcite while also having traces of clay minerals, micas, quartz, pyrite, iron oxides, and graphite. For construction, it is commonly made into crushed stone or dimension stone and used for building foundations, monuments, flooring, sculptures, and paving.
