The Challenge

Decades of yellowed wax coatings, deep dirt accumulation, and minor cracks hiding the original aggregate beauty of the terrazzo.

The Solution

We chemically stripped off the old coatings, filled historical cracks using custom color-matched epoxy resins, and ground the surface with progressive industrial diamond grits from 50 to 3000. Finally, we applied our natural finish impregnating sealer to protect the aggregate and grout.
